3.   Only use the chargers provided by the manufacturer to charge

your fan’s rechargeable batteries.

4.   Do not open fan assembly to remove rechargeable battery.
5.   Do not reverse charge batteries.
6.   Do not short circuit batteries, permanent damage to batteries

may result.

7.   Do not incinerate or mutilate your rechargeable fan or individual

batteries. This may cause bursting or release of toxic material.

8.   Do not solder directly to cells or batteries.
9.   Do not subject the fan or batteries to adverse conditions such as

extreme temperature, deep cycling and excessive over charging /
over discharging.

10. Do not mix these batteries with other battery brands or batteries

of a different chemistry, such as alkaline and zinc carbon.

11. Do not mix new batteries in use with semi-used batteries, over-

discharge may occur.

12. Avoid batteries being used in an airtight compartment. Ventilation

should be provided inside the battery compartment; otherwise,
batteries may generate hydrogen gas which could cause an
explosion if exposed to an ignition source.

13. When connecting a battery pack to a charger, ensure correct

polarity.

14. If your fan or batteries have been exposed to excessive temperature

or leakage occurs from the batteries, please stop use of product.

15. When the battery is hot, please do not touch it until it has cooled

down.

16. Do not remove the outer sleeve from a battery pack or cut into its

housing.

17. When battery loses all charge, remember to switch the fan to ‘Off’

position to avoid over discharge.

18. Disconnect the fan from the charging source when it is fully charged.
19. After prolonged use or if the fan becomes hot, allow it to cool in a

well-ventilated, cool location before recharging.

20. Never put fan or batteries into water.
21. During long term storage, battery should be charged and

discharged once every 3 months.

22. Do not attempt to take fan or batteries apart or subject them to

pressure or impact. Heat may be generated or fire may result. The
alkaline electrolyte is harmful to eyes and skin, and it may damage
clothing upon contact.

23. This product is not intended for use by children. Keep away from

children. In case of batteries or portion of fan assembly being
swallowed, contact a physician at once.

following your state and local guidelines for recycling batteries
and electrical products.

4.   The Charge Indicator light will turn on and blink indicating that

the product is currently being charged. Once the fan is fully charged,
the blinking will stop and the Charge Indicator light will remain on.

5.   The speed control knob has four positions available, see figure #2.

Once the fan is charged, select 1, 2, or 3 by rotating the speed
control knob.

6.   When the fan is on, a Power Source Indicator Light will turn on to

indicate how the fan is being powered. The “12v” Indicator Light
will be on if the fan is running from the AC/DC power adaptor or the
12 Volt adaptor. The Batteries Indicator light will be on if the fan is
running without an adapter.

7.   If the fan is running on battery power and the power level

significantly drops, recharge the unit or use the AC/DC adaptor or
12 Volt adaptor power source to run the unit.

8.   The feet can be removed for storage.  To remove, rotate the feet to

line up with the bottom of the housing and disengage by applying
a downward force to remove the feet one at a time.  To reinstall,
simply reverse this procedure.

9.   Run Time = 7+ hours on low setting. Recharge time = 3.5 hours.

Maximum amp draw = 1.1 amps.

Care and Maintenance:

1.   Keep air vents clear and free of dirt and debris.  These vents allow

the fan motor to cool while in use.  Turn off and unplug the fan and
use a vacuum to remove built up dirt from the vents.

2.   To clean front and back housing use a soft moist cloth and gently

wipe away any dirt and grime.  Do not immerse in water and do
not allow water into the fan motor area or the adaptor jack.

3.   Always turn the fan off when not in use to conserve battery power.
4.   Store fan in a secure and dry location.
5.   Periodically check your fan for any damage or undue wear.

Discontinue use immediately if damage is found.

BATTERY CAUTIONS:

1.   Batteries should be charged prior to use.
2.   When using a new battery for the first time or after long term
