Monitoring Server - Operation Manual
2 .3 .6 Stop Monitoring
To remove remote Devices from the Monitoring Server, monitoring must be stopped on those Devices. This process shuts
down communications between the remote Devices and the Monitoring Server.
Procedure
This procedure describes the steps required to stop the monitoring process for one or more remote Devices.
1. Click the
Status Tab
if it is not already selected, Figure 2-14.
2. Tick the
selection tick box
of any remote Devices that will have monitoring stopped.
3. Select
Stop Monitoring
from the control dropdown menu.
4. Click the
Go
button.
5. Verify that the correct remote Device or group of Devices is listed for monitoring to be stopped, Figure 2-15.
6. Click the
Go
button.
7. A message indicating success is displayed, Figure 2-16. Click
Back to Status page
to return to the Status page.
