Indicative document to the user

4.4. Transport of the SH270M

For easy transport of the SH270M, we recommend the use of two transport rods supplied with the machine.
An operator will stand at the handlebar and a second operator will stand in front of the machine with the two
rods. By doing so, the machine will be moved safely and easily.

It is also possible to remove the engine to reduce the weight of the machine during transportation. To do so,
loosen the two clamping flanges using the spanner wrench and lift the handlebars while stepping back (during
the entire operation the engine will remain supported against the floor). The engine will come out easily and
safely from the slot. Only one person is needed for this operation. Do not attempt to lift the motor by hand or
this could result in hand or back injury.

For engine disassembly of the frame = 1 operator = absolute security!

5.

MAINTENANCE OF YOUR GRINDING

Your  grinder  SH270M  requires  no  special  maintenance  but  general  clean  out  of  all  the  elements.  For  your
safety, electrical and mechanical rotating parts,

shall not

be verified, maintained, replaced and / or repaired

outside an approved workshop or at Au Tour du Béton. Any operation on these parts may result in damage to
your machine and, more seriously, cause injuries to operators.

In addition, the warranty will be invalid if these rules were to be overridden.

It is strongly advised to check the status of your machine any maximum 150 h by a specialist of Au
Tour du Béton.

To  reassemble  the  engine,  tighten  the
flange  with  the  spanner  wrench  until  the
teflon is in contact with the frame
