The decimal value of bits 0~3 indicates the starter's state:
0 = Communication error between device and soft starter
1 = Ready
2 = Starting
3 = Running
4 = Stopping
5 = Not ready (restart delay, restart temperature check, run simulation,
reset input is open)
6 = Tripped
7 = Menu open (cannot start)
8 = Jog forward
9 = Jog reverse
