Phone Calls
The Bluetooth Remote operates within short distances. For best performance, keep
the remote within 2 feet. Use the lanyard or clip to fix the aid onto your upper body or
place it in your pocket.
Your hearing aid needs to be close to the remote control, primarily for phone calls.
The remote also has a microphone that picks up your voice during a phone call.
Listening to music/sounds via external devices
The same rule applies to devices like the iPad, iPod, and tablets; the remote has to
be close to the hearing aids.
