When you receive a call, the caller’s phone number is
displayed, if the caller’s information is transmitted
from the network on which the call was made. The
last 30 received calls are stored in the Incoming Call
list, and you can use the list to call back or store the
number.
N
Noottee: Some Auerswald-telephone systems transfer not
only phone number but also date, time and name
of caller (if entered in the phone book of the
telephone system). Please make sure to have the
"extended CLIP-info" or "CLIP with date and time"
feature activeated for your telephone in the
telephone system.
The
icon appears when there is a received call
which you missed. Once you view the number using
the Incoming call option, the icon disappears.
Searching for and Dialing a Number in
Incoming Calls List
1. In Standby mode, press the
LIST
soft key.
2. Press the
or
key to choose
3:Incoming Call
, and press the
SELECT
soft key.
Result: The list of incoming calls displays.
3. Scroll through the incoming calls list using
the
or
key until you find the desired
number, and press the
SELECT
soft key.
Result: The number and name, if available, displays
together with the date and time at which the
call was received. The call duration time also
displays.

Noottee: If no number is found, EEM
MPPTTY
Y displays, and your
phone returns to Standby mode.
4. To place a call to the number, press the
key.
To exit, press the press
key.
Using Incoming Calls Options
Using the incoming calls options, you can edit, save,
or delete a number in the outgoing calls list.
1. Find the desired number in the incoming
calls list. Refer to Steps 1 through 3 in
“Searching for and Dialing a Number in the
Incoming Calls List” on this page.
2. Press the
OPTION
soft key to display the
option menus.
3. Press the
or
key to choose the
desired option.
Result: You can select the following options:
SSaavvee N
Nuum
mbbeerr: allows you to save the number in
the Phonebook.
D
Deelleettee: allows you to delete the selected
number.
D
Deelleettee A
Allll: allows you to delete all of the
numbers in the incoming calls list.
4. To exit, press the
key.
