Dialling the phone number

Dialling from Telephone Book
1. Open one of the telephone books:

The handset's local telephone book: Press

long
time.
•
The assigned address book on the PBX: Press

to select the entry and then press

The number is dialled.
If the entry contains several phone numbers:

to dial the number and then press

The number is dialled.
Dialling from within the Redial List
The Redial List displays the last 20 numbers dialled on the handset.
1. Press
for a
short
time.
The Redial List now opens.
2. Use
to select an entry.

If a name is displayed:

View
.
The number is displayed.
2. Use
to scroll through the numbers if necessary.
3. Press
when the required phone number is displayed.
