Invoice headline
The ninth line of the printout is the relevancy line. The relevancy line is
automatically followed by a solid line extending over the complete tenth line.
The line includes up to 80 characters. The standard alignment of the text is
alignment to the left. The alignment of the text can be changed by blanks
used as prefixes.
The line is printed in bold.
Invoice data
Invoice no.
Freely selectable headline for the 11th line. The 5-digit billing number, that
will be automatically assigned when checking in via the reception phone, is
given behind it. The standard alignment of the text is alignment to the left.
Moreover, the name, which was assigned for the room subscriber, is given
in this line, aligned to the right.
Check-in
Freely selectable headline for the 12th line. The check-in date and time
(e. g. 24.03.2011 - 08:14) are given behind it. The standard alignment of the
text is alignment to the left.
Check-out
Freely selectable headline for the 12th line. The check-out date and time
(e. g. 29.03.2011 - 08:14) are given behind it. The standard alignment of the
text is alignment to the left.
