Note:
Online name search must be configured and enabled.
Soft Call can only be performed by a user logged in the Configuration
Manager. He also needs the
Phone book authorisation (business)
.
External Name
In this column the name of the external call partner (see
External partner
)
is displayed if this name is stored in the address book (
User data > Address
books
, for user:

) or transmitted by CNIP. In case of a call
made via Voice over IP, the
Display name

> Voice over IP (VoIP) > Provider > Configure
) will be shown if there is no
entry in the address book for the Internet phone number.
Note:
If there is no

available, the data record can be updated
via the
Online name search
function.
By clicking
it is possible to copy the name and the phone number of
the calling partner into the address books.

In this column the internal number of the subscriber or group is displayed:

For an outgoing business call the internal number of the phone is
displayed or if the subscriber is logged-in to a group the group number.
