Call Forwarding
Switching Call Forwarding for Groups On/Off
Proceed as follows:
•
Separately for groups
•
Separately for configurations
•
Using the configuration manager
•
Using a character string on the internal telephone (see section Short Reference)
Note:
As described in the following, the setting is also possible via profiles (
...
> Profiles > Configuration > Configure > ...
). If the check box
Profile-
controlled settings
has been selected, the property set in the right-hand
column will apply. For assignment of the profile, see chapter Settings >
Profiles.
1. Open the following page:
•
For admin:
Groups > Properties > Reachability
•
For user:
Group Properties > Reachability
.
2. In the list field at the top, select the group in question by its name or number.
3. Depending on the call forwarding type desired, select or clear one of the following
check boxes
immediately
or
on busy
or
on no reply
or
if all are logged out
.
4. If you have enabled a call forwarding type, enter the destination number in the
Desti-
nation number
entry field under the desired call forwarding type
immediately

The phone number entered under
Destination number
is preserved even if
the corresponding check box is cleared.
If you configure an internal telephone as the forwarding destination, it
requires at least partial exchange line authorisation for forwarded external
calls

LCR will be used for call forwarding for groups to an external destination (e.g.,
mobile telephone) if at least one member of the group has LCR enabled. It
does not matter if the corresponding subscriber is logged in or not.
