Telephone Book Authorisation
Switching Telephone Book Authorisation for Group On/Off

1. Open the page
Groups > Properties > Exchange line settings
.
2. In the list field at the top, select the group in question by its name or number.
3. In the
Telephone book authorisation
list field, select one of the following options:

No
: All subscribers logged-in outgoing into this group have no telephone book
authorisation. This is also the case if they have a telephone book authorisation
as a single subscriber (not logged-in).
Yes
: All subscribers logged-in outgoing into this group have a telephone book
authorisation. With the telephone book authorisation they can dial all numbers
entered.
Like subscriber
: There are no global settings for the group but the individual
subscriber settings are active.
