Call Distribution
Creating a Call Distribution
Proceed as follows:
•
Separately for configurations
•
Seperately for external connections
•
Using the configuration manager
Creating Call Distribution on the PTMP Connection
Requirements:
•
External S

port, VoIP account (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product
Details > Basic Assembly and Extensions)
•
Configured connection type PTMP connection
•
Entered multiple subscriber numbers
•
Created internal destinations (subscribers, groups, voice mail/fax boxes or automatic
reception)
1. Open the page
Public switched tel. networks > Call distribution
.
If several configurations (PBX profiles) have been created, these will be available as
tabs.
2. With several configurations: Click the tab with the desired configuration.
3. In the first
CALL DISTRIBUTION FOR...
list field, select
ISDN PTMP connections
or
VoIP PTMP connections
.
4. In the second
CALL DISTRIBUTION FOR...
list field, select the connection in
question.
5. In the
Internal no. | name
list fields, select one of the following options:
Note:
External numbers, e.g., those used as remote switching/programming
numbers or call through numbers, may not be used in the call distribution.
6. Click
Save
.
7. Repeat step 4 to 6 to configure the call distribution for the other PTMP connections.
Fallback
: The caller is transferred to the fallback function.
Internal number: The caller will be transferred to the selected internal number
(subscriber, group, voice mail/fax box or automatic reception).
