Internal Telephone Numbers
Group Overview
Note:
Up to 40 internal subscribers or groups can be assigned to a group as
members.
Proceed as follows:
•
Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
•
At least one configured internal group
•
Configured internal subscribers
1. Open the page
Groups > Basic settings
.
2. In the list field at the top, select the group in question by its name or number.
The list of group members is displayed.
3. Click
New
.
4. In the
from
list field under
Phone number / Name
, select a subscriber or a group.
5. Click
Save
.
The new group member is displayed in the list of group members.
6. Repeat step 3 to 5 to select additional group members.
Note:
As far as you have consisting phone number ranges, you can enter the
first and the last value under
from
and
until
. This way, several groups are
assigned at the same time.
Group Overview
The group overview shows all of the groups already created along with phone numbers and
names as well as the status (incoming) and (outgoing) of the subscribers.
Note:
The overview can be viewed and printed (
) in the configuration
manager by opening the page
Overviews > Groups
.
