Solutions
I have updated an app
and it now won't load.
Uninstall the app through the Play Store then
reinstall it.
I cannot update the DVB600.
For online update, check the internet connection.
For local update, refer to section 7.5.2.7.
If the update failed, power off the DVB600 and start
it again.
I cannot find any channels.
Ensure the satellite dish and the cables are properly
installed and select the correct satellite. For detailed
settings, refer to section 7.2.
I cannot start recording or
timeshift.
Ensure insert a USB storage device with sufficient
remaining space. Check the PVR settings on the
DTV mode. See section 7.2.4.6
There are no sound on
DVB600.
Ensure neither DVB600 nor audio output device is
mute. Check the general audio settings. See section
7.5.2.
