1. Which charging port should I use to charge my device?
Thanks to the AiPower tech, each port can be used to charge your mobile devices at full speed.
2. The total output of the PA-U33 is 10A, and how about the max output of each port?
The max output of each port can reach up to 2.4A when the total output does not exceed 10A.
3. The Input of my devices is only 1,000mAh; will the Aukey PA-U33’s 2.4A high output harm it?
No, the charger will indentify the input current your devices needed and only supply the maximum
charge current your devices.
4. How do I check the input current and voltage of my device?
Please refer to your devices’ user manual, original charging adapter or contact the manufacturer
to determine the information.
5. What if the Aukey 50W wall charger is not charging my device?
- Check to ensure your device is USB powered with a voltage input DC 5V and current input 0-2.4A.
- Check to ensure the connection between your wall charger and the lighter socket is secure.
Note:
1. The wall charger may be a little warm when you use it to charge multi devices. This is normal.
2. When your device is run out of the battery and power off, some devices may be charged a little
slower at beginning because of the battery protection from your device.
