Chocolate, coffee, tea
Add a tablespoon of mild detergent
and a tablespoon of vinegar to

teaspoon of lemon juice in case of
tea stains). Soak a cloth in the
solution and dab away the spot.
Egg, milk
Dab away the stain with cold water.
Fruit, lemonade, fruit juice
Treat with hot water or sprinkle with
salt and let this work in for a while.
Then remove with hot water.
Honey, jam, syrup
Dab away with soapy water using a
biological detergent.
Ink
Dab the stain with cotton wool
soaked in pure alcohol or methylated
spirit.
Red wine
Sprinkle the stain with salt and let it
work in for a while. Then remove
using lukewarm water or add a
tablespoon of mild detergent and a
tablespoon of vinegar to

Urine, blood, etc.
Dab up as much moisture as
possible. Dampen with cold water

Liquorice
Carefully scrape away the liquorice
