3. Preparation for use
■
Damaged power supply leads
should be replaced solely by the
manufacturer, its service division or
a similarly qualified person, with a
view to preventing any hazard.
■
Please do not sit on the head
support or foot end of the bed
whilst raised.
■
Make sure that the cables cannot
become trapped. Check this by
adjusting the bed after it has been
installed.
■
Remove the plug from the socket
during a thunderstorm.
■
Immediately release the controls if
anything becomes caught between
the moving parts.
■
Always place the remote control in
the holder so that you will not fall
asleep on it.
3.1 The components of your Kiruna
- Kiruna Boxspring
- 2 or 3 Electric motors with remote
control and control box*
- Mattress
- Topper
- Legs
- Mattress Footend stoppers*

3.2 Assembly of upper frame and
subframe of an adjustable Kiruna
1. Remove the upper frame from the
packaging and lay it upside down
on the floor.
2. Remove the subframe from the
packaging and place it on the
upper frame.
3. Attach the frames using the bolts
and washers supplied (see figure 5).
