Try small samples to get the best pressure, time, and temp before starting production runs.
These settings may vary drastically between materials.
1.
Place the material on the working table (bottom plate), adjust the pressure according to material.
2. Connect the power cable and switch the power on.
3. Set the desired Time & Temperature using the control panel

3. Press
once more to set and go back to main screen.
4. The heat plate temperature should now rise. Wait for it to reach the set value.
5. When the heat is reached, place the print/media onto the material on the work table (cover with
Teflon sheet if needed) and close the handle.

Be careful as the press should Automatically open when the time reaches 0

6. When the time reaches 0, the handle should automatically open. You may now remove the
material.
Troubleshooting
Problem
Cause
Solution
No display after powering up
Poor outlet contact or fuse is blown
Change the power cable and check
outlet. Replace fuse with the supplied
backup fuse
Fails to heat up but Control box
Display OK
The heat plate is burnt out
Check heat plate connections. Replace
the heat plate
Lack of colour, faded image
Insufficient temperature/time
Allow to pre-heat more and/or adjust the
time
Colour is off, blurred image
Pressed for too long, temperature
too high
Adjust the temperature/time
Actual Temp exceeds Set Temp
Relay Broken
Replace the Relay
