Please read this manual carefully before using the product to avoid
damage during use. Before switching on the product, make sure
that the technical specifications of the product shown on the label
correspond to the parameters of the electric network. Incorrect use
can lead to damage of the product, cause material damage or cause
damage to the health of the user. Use only for household purposes
in accordance with this Manual. The product is not intended for
commercial use. Use the product only for its intended purpose. Do
not use the product near the kitchen sink, outdoors and in rooms
with high humidity. Always unplug the product from the electrical
network when it is not in use, as well as before assembly, disas-
sembly and cleaning. The product must not be unattended while
it is connected to the electric network. Make sure that the power
cord does not touch the sharp edges of furniture and hot surfaces.
To avoid electric shock, do not attempt to disassemble or repair
the product by yourself. When disconnecting the product from the
electric network, do not pull on the power cord, hold the plug. Do
not twist or wind the cord. The product is not designed to be oper-
ated by an external timer or a separate remote control system. The
product is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental abilities, or if they have no experience or knowl-
edge, if they are not controlled or instructed about the use of the
device by the person responsible for their safety Do not allow chil-
dren to use the product as a toy. Do not use accessories that are not
included in the delivery suite.

near combustible materials, explosives, or self-igniting gases. Do not
install this product near a gas or electric stove, or other heat sources.
Do not expose the product to direct sunlight.
ATTENTION!
Do not
allow children under 8 years to touch the body, the power cord and
the plug of the power cord while the product is in operation. If the
product has been kept for a while at a temperature below 0ºC, it
must be left at room temperature for at least 2 hours before switch-
ing it on.

Do not handle the power cord and the power
cord plug with wet hands.
ATTENTION!
Unplug the product from
the electric network every time before cleaning, and also if you do
not use it. When connecting the product to an electrical network do
not use an adapter.
ATTENTION!
To avoid overloading the electric
network, do not connect the product with other powerful electrical
appliances to the same electric network.
ATTENTION!
During op-
eration, the body heats up! Do not cover the product with towels
or other items.
ATTENTION!
Do not use the product for more than
40 hours in a row. After 40 hours of operation, turn off the product
and allow it to cool completely for at least 2 hours.
ATTENTION!
En-
sure that foreign objects, liquids, insects and product residues do
not enter the ventilation holes (located at the top and bottom of
the housing).
ATTENTION!
In order to avoid food poisoning or in-
testinal diseases every time after the end of drying, clean the pallets
and the top cover from the remnants of the products.
ATTENTION!
Regularly check the products for availability. Note: First use may
cause foreign odor and a small amount of smoke from the heating
element.
ATTENTION!
It is not recommended to dry foods such as:
avocados, fat meats, raw poultry meat, eggs, soft varieties. Do not
carry the product while it is running. For additional protection it is
reasonable to install a residual current device (RCD) with nominal
operation current not exceeding 30 mA, to install RCD, contact a
specialist.
ATTENTION:
Install all pallets, even if some of them are
not filled. Products lay out on the lower sections, put the empty pal-
lets on top. To ensure the best drying results, it is recommended to
lay more moist ingredients on the lower sections and periodically
change the lower and upper sections in places. In some places, dis-
connect the product from the mains before changing the pallets.
SECURITY MEASURES
Ensure that there are no packing materials and foreign objects inside the product. Wash with warm water with a neutral detergent and all
removable parts. Dry them. Wipe the case with a damp cloth and wipe it dry.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Install the product on a dry, flat and heat-resistant surface, away from
heat sources. Do not install this product in close proximity to a wall or
furniture. Do not block any ventilation openings. Products that are to be
dried, rinse, dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Lay out the
products in pallets so as to ensure a free passage of hot air between the
pieces. Remember that the flow of hot air must circulate freely between
the pallets. Do not apply too many products to each tray. The maximum
load should not exceed- 0,7 kg. Cover the pallets with a lid. Trays with a
closed lid are installed on the body.
TEMPERATURE SETTING.
Connect the product to the mains. To turn
on, press the POWER button. Use the “+” and “-” buttons to set the op-
erating time from 1 to 48 hours (the setting step is 1 hour). After set-
ting the time, press the SET button, use the “+” and “-” buttons to set
the temperature from 40 to 70°C (setting step 5°C). With the SET but-
ton, you can change the temperature while the product is running.
DRYING FRUITS.
Wash fruits, dry with a paper towel. Cut into pieces
that can be freely placed inside the pallet.
DRYING VEGETABLES.
Before drying vegetables, it is recommended to
boil them. Green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus and potatoes -
immerse in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove the vegetables and
dry them with a paper towel.
ATTENTION:
The time and temperature
of drying products is advisory in nature and depends on the freshness,
quality and size of the product, as well as the temperature and relative
humidity in the room. It is selected experimentally and individually.
DRY MEAT, FISH, BIRDS.
Choose for drying only meat without fat (beef,
poultry) and exclusively fresh fish. Meat and fish pre-marinate or boil.
PREPARING AND DRYING MEAT.
Standard marinade: 1/2 cup soy
sauce, 1 clove garlic, cut into small pieces, 2 large spoons of ketchup,
1 and 1/4 dessert spoon of salt, 1/2 dessert spoon of ground pepper.
All ingredients should be mixed thoroughly. Cut the meat into thin
pieces. Marinate for 4 hours. Then remove, dry with a paper towel.
Place the pickled meat in a tray so that the hot air circulates freely
between the pieces. The duration of drying is 2-8 hours. Store the
prepared product in the refrigerator for no more than 2 months in a
sealed container.
PREPARATION AND DRYING OF FISH.
For cooking fish, use only fresh
fish. Before beginning the drying, cut the fish into pieces and remove
the bones. Prepare brine (150 grams of salt per 1 liter of water), place the
fish in it, marinate for 1 hour. Remove the pieces of fish and dry them
with a paper towel. Prepare a marinade with salt and spices. Marinate
for 7 hours. Take the pieces of fish from the marinade and dry them with
a paper towel. Spread the fish on a plate and bake in the oven for 20
minutes at a temperature of 200°C. Remove the fish from the oven and
place it in a pan so that the hot air circulates freely between the pieces.
The drying time is 2-8 hours. Store the prepared product in the refrig-
erator for no more than 2 months in a sealed container.
DRYING HERBS, SPIRITS.
Any herbs are suitable for drying. Dry the grass
with the stems, after drying, separate the leaves from the stems. Make sure
that the herbs are well dried, otherwise the decay process may begin.
OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT
Make sure the product is disconnected from the mains and completely
cooled. To avoid food poisoning or intestinal diseases, you should regularly
clean and remove any product residues from the surface of the pallets and
the top cover. Clean the trays and top cover with a neutral detergent. Wipe
the inside of the body with a clean cloth dampened in vinegar. Wipe the
drying casing with a damp cloth. After this, wipe dry all components.

TENTION!
Do not wash removable parts: pallets and the top roof in the dish-
washer. Do not immerse the casing in water or any other liquids. Do not allow
water to enter the ventilation openings located at the top and bottom of the
housing. Do not use abrasive detergents or solvents to clean the product.
CLEANING AND CARE
Before storage, make sure that the product is disconnected from electric network. Complete all the requirements of the CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE section. Keep the product in a dry, cool place and out of the reach of children
