-4-

1) Ensure that the unit is connected to the power socket.

Start Operation

2) Make sure the water tank is placed in proper position. (When plugged
in for the first time the full tank lamp may light up. If so, just pull out
the water tank then push it back to the proper position.)

3) Press the power control to turn on the machine. Press             to select humidity setting.
4) If the indoor humidity is over the set humidity, the machine will start removing moisture. When
the humidity in the room has reached the set humidity, the machine will stop operating. When
the indoor humidity is greater than the set humidity, the machine will start removing moisture
    again.

When “Bucket Full” Lamp Is On

When the water tank is full, the indication lamp will light up and the dehumidifier will stop
operating. Remove the water from the tank, then place the water tank back to it's proper
position. The machine will start operating again.

DEFROST

When operating in low temperatures the surface of the dehumidifier's coil may accumulate
ice, which will affect the efficiency of the dehumidifier. When this happens, the machine will
go into periodic defrost mode automatically. This is quite normal. Defrost lamp will come on
and the machine will stop operating until the ice has melted. As soon as the ice has melted,
the machine will restart and continue the dehumidifying process. Defrost time may vary
depending on the room temperature and humidity.
The dehumidifier will operate in temperatures down to 5ºC, however it is not recommended
to use the dehumidifier in temperatures below 5ºC. If the dehumidifier freezes up, turn the
machine off for a few hours and then restart.

If a problem occurs, switch off and unplug the unit immediately. For all troubleshooting
please contact Ausclimate (www.ausclimate.com.au) and for your own safety do not
disassemble the dehumidifier.
