Correct Wiring of Tow Vehicle

Vehicle with or without smart alternator:
The Anderson plug can be connected to the tow vehicle start battery on the vehicle and should include the following to 
protect the start battery.

1. 

50 amp relay to stop power supply when vehicle is not running.

2. 

50 amp fuse or circuit breaker at the battery
