surveillance organization, or an entity intended to support a
military end-use.

You will not export, re-export, or transfer within a country , in
violation of relevant export control laws and regulations, any
Autel related products to any embargoed areas set by countries
and regions such as China, the United States, the European
Union..

You will not export, re-export or transfer within a country, in
violation of relevant export control laws and regulations, any
Autel related products to end-users prohibited by the applicable
laws and regulations relating to export control and economic
sanctions in countries and regions such as China, the United
States, the European Union. The end-users include but are not
limited to, any individuals, companies or other organizations
listed in the Chinese Department of Commerce's List of
Unreliable Entities, the U.S. Department of the Treasury's List
of Specially Designated Nationals (SDN), the U.S. Department
of Commerce's List of Persons Denied (DPL) or Entity List or the
Military End User List (MEU) or the Unverified List (UVL)

You will not, in violation of applicable export control laws and
regulations, integrate the Autel related products or technologies
into military products. You also will not use the Autel related
products or technologies to support the operation, installation,
maintenance, repair, refurbishment, development, or production
of military products.
