Two construction lines are added to help in locating the pilasters. Construction lines are infinite in length and
do not plot.

on the Zoom flyout on the Navigation toolbar, and zoom in to the large enclosed room on the left.

Sketch three sides of a 2' x 1' rectangular polyline to represent the size and shape of the pilaster:

on the Shapes toolbar.

Select a point at the intersection of the left construction line and the lower wall of the enclosed space for the
first corner.
