If you want to…
Under Layout Rise/Run, click Angle. For Rise/Run, enter the number of
degrees, and for Increment, enter the number of degrees by which to
increase or decrease the angle.
When you add cable tray or conduit, the rise/run angle is used as the
default slope in the Add dialog, as shown below.

to quickly increase or decrease the number of degrees
by the value you specify for Increment in the rise/run preferences, or you
can enter a new number.
