A progress bar displays the part number, total parts, and the affected catalog being upgraded.
This command updates the version number and also integrates changes to connectors in the
selected domain, such as connection engagement length, angle of deflection, and nominal
diameter.
When the upgrade is completed, a report summarizes the results, including the number of errors,
a list of the affected parts, and a link to the results file. The report also includes a link to a file
that contains these details.

NOTE
You can use the Redefine From Catalog command to update an existing drawing with the
most current pipe fittings and MvParts. For more information, see
Redefining the Catalog Parts in a
on page 783.
Redefining the Catalog Parts in a Drawing
You use the Redefine from Catalog command to scan the pipe fittings and MvParts in a drawing and swap
the parts from the catalog to replace those in the drawing. This command will only swap a part if it is already
in the drawing and if the part in the catalog matches the part parameters (part ID and part name) for the
specified domain.

While the command is running, AutoCAD MEP checks each part for a part ID and part name
match in the appropriate domain catalogs in the drawing. If a suitable match cannot be made,
the affected part remains unchanged.
A progress bar displays the number of parts validated and the number remaining. When the
redefinition task is completed, a report summarizes the results, including the number of parts
reviewed, and the number of parts successfully updated. The report also includes a link to a file
that contains these details.
