Programming Remote Controls (7643A only)
Remote Control learn procedure:
1. Open a door and turn the ignition on.
2. Press and release the Valet button one time and then press and
hold the Valet button until one horn/siren sound confirms selection.
3. Release button (Learning exits in 30 seconds).
4. Press and hold the remote button until the transmit LED turns on
solid (10 seconds).
5. The horn/siren emits one sound to confirm learning.
6. Repeat for each remote control to be learned (up to four).
7. Turn the ignition off or wait 30 seconds to exit learning, the horn/
siren emits two sounds to confirm.
Remote Control delete procedure:
1. Open a door and turn the ignition on.
2. Press and release the Valet button two times and then press and
hold the Valet button until two horn/siren sounds confirms selec-
tion.
3. Release button (Learning exits in 30 seconds).
4. Press and release the button of a programmed remote control.
5. The horn/siren emits one sound to confirm deletion.
6. Turn the ignition off or wait 30 seconds to exit learning, the horn/
siren emits two sounds to confirm exiting.
