The ideal height of the saddle is when,
with your foot resting on the pedal in
the lowest position
and
the knee is
slightly bent, almost fully extended.

The saddle is secured with two screws (

) which allow forward/backward (

)
adjust-ments to be made and the inclination (
A2
) to be adjusted. You will need a
5mm
Allen
socket
and torque wrench
to perform this adjustment

It is important that a minimum of one
inch of clearance be maintained
between the top tube of the bicycle and
the riders crotch, when the rider's feet
are flat footed on the ground
