Pour 3 cups of water into the

Place the inner cooking pot to the
Electric Pressure Cooker.
Place the food to be steamed on
top of the steaming rack.
Plug the power cord into an
available power outlet.
Set the pressure-limiting valve to
"close".
Press the Steam button and you’ll
see “PH:15”. This represents 15
minutes of steam time.
