Procedure
Press the
On-hook
key to decline the call.
Note:
A priority call cannot be declined.
When
Bluetooth
is enabled, the loudspeaker audio is lowered due to current limitations in the
intrinsically safe handset.
Declining a call with a predefined message
About this task
To decline a call with a predefined message, both the caller and the call receiver must be connected
via an IP-DECT system.
Procedure
1. In response to the “Reply with a message template?” message prompt, press
Yes
to send a
message to the caller.
A list of predefined messages is displayed in the
Templates
menu.
2. Select a predefined message and, if required, edit the message.
3. Press
Send
.
The handset displays the callers number.
4. Press
Send
again to send the message.
The handset displays the
Message sent
confirmation when the message is sent to the
caller.
Ending a call
Procedure
Do one of the following:
• Press the
On-hook
key.
• Put the handset in the charger.
Note:
To end a call, if you put the handset in a charger, all the ongoing calls get disconnected.
