Procedure

.
On an intrinsically safe handset, the handset restarts.
On a 3745 handset, the handset does not restart.

Disable
.
The system displays the
Bluetooth disabled
message.

Use this procedure to select an appropriate headset type to achieve optimal audio quality.

Mic on boom
: Optimizes audio.
Important:
The headset type
Mic on boom
is unavailable as an accessory for the intrinsically
classified handset. If available, do not use the headset in hazardous areas.
Note:
When
Bluetooth
is disabled and an active call is in the loudspeaker mode on an
intrinsically safe handset, the audio is not transferred to the headset when connecting it.
