Call settings
You can change the call settings for your handset.
Use the handset Settings menu to perform the following:

“Accessing the call settings menu” (page 200)
•
“Accessing call and message statistics” (page 200)
•
“Answer mode configuration” (page 201)
•
“Caller filter configuration” (page 203)
•
“Emergency call configuration” (page 210)
•
“Mandown configuration (4075 only)” (page 212)

Use the
Dialpad
to enter the time period:
— the first value (from 1 to 59 seconds) defines
the time before the display becomes dim.
— the second value (from 1 to 59 seconds)
defines the time before the display switches off
(after the display becomes dim). If you
configure the second value as 0, the display
never switches off and the handset battery
discharges faster.
Attention: To conserve the battery charge of your
handset, the display automatically dims during
calls. Press the
OK
key to restore the display.
To configure the number of seconds that elapse
before the display dims, change the “first value”
timer in Power save settings. For more information,
see
“Configuring Power save” (page 198)
.

Press the
Clr
key one or more times to return to the
idle display.
