Work without interruption
This section describes the features that provide uninterrupted work time.
Activate Make Set Busy
Use the Make Set Busy
feature to make your handset appear busy to all callers.
To activate Make Set Busy
:
1.
With the handset in standby mode, press
the
Line
button to access the Feature
Keys menu.
2.
Scroll using the
Nav
keys and highlight
the
Make Set Busy
feature.
3.
Select
Enter.
To deactivate Make Set Busy:
1.
With the handset in standby mode, press
the
Line
button to access the Feature
Keys menu.
2.
Scroll using the
Nav
keys and highlight
the
Make Set Busy
feature a second
time.
3.
Select
Enter
.
Call Deflect
Use the Make Set Busy
feature to make your handset appear busy to all callers.
If Call Deflect is configured on your Avaya 6120 and 6140 WLAN Handset, you can
press the press the Line key to access your Feature keys, and then press the Deflect
feature key to deflect your call if your Avaya 6120 and 6140 WLAN Handset rings
and you do not want to answer the call. The call may be forwarded to your voice mail
or to another telephone number, depending on your system configuration. Contact
your system administrator to learn which treatment is configured for your Avaya 6120
and 6140 WLAN Handset
