Configuring a TURN/STUN profile for WebRTC calls on Avaya Session
Border Controller for Enterprise
Procedure
1. Log in to the Avaya SBCE web administration interface.
2. Navigate to
Device Specific Settings
>
TURN/STUN Service
.
3. From the Application pane, select the Avaya SBCE device for which the new TURN/STUN
profile will be created.
4. Click
TURN/STUN Profiles
.
5. Click
Add
.
The system displays the Add TURN/STUN Profile window.
6. In
Profile Name
, provide a name for the TURN/STUN profile.
For example:
turnProfileForWebrtcCalls
.
7. In
UDP Listen Port
, enter
3478
.
8. In
TCP/TLS Listen Port
, enter

9. If TLS TURN media is required, then in
TLS Server Profile
, specify the TLS server profile
for a management interface that you created.
