Figure 35: Avaya 3900 Tool Firmware Download Schedule Time window
This window contains the following items:
• Task Type - Identifies the type of scheduled activity. Enter "SendToSets" for
firmware downloads.
• Task ID - Identifies an individual task. For example, "IPE101 M3905 v4.6
Download".
• Creator ID - Identifies the user who created the scheduled task.
• Start Time - Sets the initial execution date and time of the task.
• End Time - An optional time at which a scheduled activity is to be stopped, if
it is not completed. This is not applicable to Event Log archiving tasks, which
are always allowed to run to completion.
• OK button - Completes the scheduling of the download and closes the window.
• Cancel button - Closes the window without scheduling the download.
View current status of upgrades
1. If you want to see the current status of ANY upgrades the server is doing, the Active
Job status can be accessed in the tools menu. You can also view the Log Files for
completed jobs (see
Figure 36: View current status of any upgrades from the Tools
Menu
on page 125).
