The process for upgrading to release 2.2 of Communication Manager varies slightly, depending
on the release from which you are upgrading.
Obtaining update (patch) files, if needed
If one or more updates are required for this installation or upgrade procedure, and the update
files are not on your software CD, download the update files from the Avaya Support web site to
your laptop.
