The busyout link command puts a specified packet gateway link in a
maintenance busy state. (See

CAUTION:
Busyout of a link drops all calls and packet traffic dependent on that link.
The application, adjunct, or switch connected to the link will be inaccessible
and the link will have to be re-established later when returned to service.
