Continuous audible alarm

exceed UPS capacity
(101–110% for 2 minutes or
111–150% for 30 seconds)
or the load is defective.
Turn off and unplug the UPS. Remove some of the
equipment from the UPS. Wait at least five seconds until
all LEDs are off and restart the UPS. You may need to
obtain a larger capacity UPS.
Self-Test
The self-test has not
completed properly.
Verify that the proper amount of load is applied to the UPS
before starting the self-test: 50% load for 700 VA; 35%
load for 1000 VA; 38% load for 1500 VA; or 25% load for
2000 VA.
UPS fault condition.
Save your work and turn off your equipment. Turn off and
unplug the UPS. Contact your Avaya service
representative. The alarm cannot be silenced.

The troubleshooting chart covers most of the difficulties you may
encounter during normal operations. If you have any questions or
problems with your UPS, call your Avaya service representative or the
appropriate telephone number on the service label of your UPS.
