The first projector image position calibration should be done within one month after
installation. A second calibration may be required after 3 months, then every 6 months or
once a year.
If user finds big position shift and doesn’t know the real issue. Please follow below procedures
to confirm the issue is from EdgePro or not.
•
Turn off EdgePro and open projector internal test pattern.
•
Mark the corner positions of the projector image.
•
Check projector image shift condition after some time with EdgePro in OFF condition.
•
User will clearly identify that the position shift is from EdgePro or not after this
procedure.
•
EdgePro is digital processor and will not change image position only for few pixels.
•
After FW update, please reset the system by inserting a pin to reset hole for 5 seconds to
avoid abnormal settings inside the system.
•
90/270 degrees Image rotation can only be achieved under 4k/2k @30Hz input resolution.
•
When the input source is 4:4:4 PC graphics signal, only [Brightness], [Contrast] and
[Sharpness] three items under [Picture] menu can be executed. If the input is 4:2:2 video
source, all the items are functional.
•
When implementing [Corner Wall] alignment, other geometry functions will be not functional.
•
Remote controller may be affected by environmental factors
•
PC Tool settings: If no Windows data exist in UserMap and user click UserMap key, the image
will disappear. Please select [2x2] geometry alignment key to recover OSD menu.
•
The input refresh rate should be the same as output refresh rate so that the system can
implement Frame Lock to synchronize all the outputs. If the input source is 50Hz with 60Hz
output, it is possible to see some lag among the displays.
•
When resetting system or executing Video Wall settings, it is possible for the projectors to re-
search signal source. User can Disable [Frame Sync] to have output in Free-Run mode during
system settings changes. After finishing system settings changes, you are advised to Re-Enable
[Frame Sync]
