7. Use the numeric keys to enter the percentage or the value of the
discount and when you have finished touch
to
confirm the entry.
Important:
A percentage must be entered as a whole number.
For example, 10% must be entered as 10.00 not 0.1
8. Select percentage or value for the Discount Type field. When you
have finished, touch
to confirm the entry.
9. Use the numeric keys to enter the value for the Operator Role ID.
Touch
to confirm the entry.
10.Touch
to save the Discount Rate you have created.
Editing a discount
1. Select the discount rate you want to edit from the list displayed.
2. Highlight the field you want to edit in the list and touch
.
3. Change the data for the field. When you have finished, touch
to confirm the change.
If you do not want to change the data, touch
.
4. When you have finished editing the discount rate, touch
to save your changes.
Discount keys
Note:
If you set up a
discount key without
assigning a discount
reference to it, the
operator is prompted to
enter the discount
reference number.
You can only apply discounts if you have set up the appropriate
discount keys on the sales mode keyboard, see
