Footbeat must be under warranty to qualify for replacement.
30-Day Full Replacement Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with Footbeat you may return the complete system (two insoles, remote, one pair of Footbeat Mocs,
socks, charger and tote bag) in the original packaging, no questions asked within 30 days for a replacement set.
EXTENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY - This limited warranty of the Footbeat does not cover damages due to external causes, including
without limitation misuse, alteration or repair by a non-authorized person; accident or use not in accordance with the product
instructions as well as failure to follow the care and cleaning instructions in the manual. AVEX warranty does not cover damage due to
general wear and tear, burn marks, punctures, cuts, and abrasions from outside causes or misuse and/or abuse by the wearer.

OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF YOU RESIDE IN A JURISDICTION THAT DOES NOT ALLOW THE
EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES THEN THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
