Caring For Your Footbeat
NOTE
– This system does not require any user maintenance. There are no user repairable components. If a problem occurs, please
contact Footbeat Support. Opening the case on the control unit, with the exception of replacing the battery, or attempting to self-
service any part of the insole will void the warranty and may cause injury.
Routine Cleaning
1. Insole
a. A damp cloth with mild detergent may be used to wipe the outside of the insoles. DO NOT use a strong cleaning solution that
contains bleach. DO NOT put under running water or immerse in water.
b. To keep the charging port and pad clear of debris, sand and dirt, wipe with a wet cloth.
2. MOC
a. Machine wash warm. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Avoid the use of fabric softeners.
IMPORTANT
REMOVE THE INSOLE BEFORE WASHING THE MOC. The insole is not waterproof.
Washing the insole will cause the system to malfunction, may cause injury and
will void the warranty.
Routine Inspection
Periodically inspect for damage and wear. Check electrical cables and connectors to ensure they are intact and that no conductive wires
are exposed. If damage preventing the safe use of Footbeat is evident, please contact Footbeat Support.
