example, File > Import means to open the File menu
and then select the Import command.

Multiple arrows in a list indicate that you perform
one of the actions listed.

This symbol represents the Apple or Command key.
Press and hold the Command key and another key to
perform a keyboard shortcut.

Italic font
Italic font is used to emphasize certain words and to
indicate variables.
Courier Bold font
Courier Bold font identifies text that you type.
