Rem ove unw ant ed speckles pr ovides a cleaner im age for OCR ( Opt ical
Char act er Recognit ion) pr ocessing, and also helps t o r educe com pr essed file
size.
Define t he speckles ( also know n as im age noise) you w ish t o r em ove by
specify ing it s num ber ( size) and radius ( range) . The m easuring unit is pix el.
The higher t he num ber, t he m ore speck les w ill be rem ov ed.
