Reset (Factory Settings)
The
Reset
option offers you the possibility to reset the device to its original factory settings.
To perform a reset, first switch the device to standby mode using the on/off button (1) and then
switch it off completely using the mains switch (32). Now keep the
RESET
button (30) pressed
while switching on the device with the mains switch (30). Keep pressing the
RESET
button (30)
until the
Status LED
(29) starts blinking briefly after a few seconds. As soon as the
Status LED
(29) goes out and stops blinking, you can release the
RESET
button (30). The device will now
perform a reset to its factory settings and restart to its general operating state.
Alternatively, a factory reset can also be performed using the
RC X App for iOS and Android
or
the
RC 9
remote control. To do this, select the menu item
Reset device
in the
Settings
of the
RC X App
or the
RC 9
remote control and confirm the reset. The device will now perform a
reset to its factory settings and restart to its general operating state.
