General Characteristics
SILVER
is a protection system based on active infrared beams (Transmitter and Receiver),
especially designed to protect perimetrical accesses as windows, doors, garage doors, shop
windows, sectional doors etc. Two microprocessors manage the coded transmission with a
sophisticated algorithm in order to avoid the elusion with false Transmitter. The LEDs transmission
are pulsed to reduce the current consumption.
The operating functioning can be easily adapted to different installation’s requirements in order to
give the best conform with the best security level to the protected environment.
OPTIONAL:
guide-rail for the flush mounting installation (
mod. FX50, FX100, FX150, FX200
).
Technical characteristics
Silver is adapted to CE directive for the electrical-magnetic compatibility.
Supplying must come from a very low security circuit, featuring a limited-power source protected
by fuse.
THE INSTALLATION MUST BE EXECUTED BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL.
Introduction
•
The two barriers must be placed one in front to the other, at the same level with the terminal
blocks placed on the same direction without obstacles between the beams.
Install the system always between the window and the shutter or between the window and the
balcony ;
the minimum space for a correct installation is 10 cm.
•
If the barriers are near a particular reflecting surface, parallel to the beams, the LEDs signal
increases and Silver could have not a correct function.
•
The two barriers must have at least a common negative power, if they must be supplied using
different power supply units; this is obligatory if it is connected the synchronism between the
barriers.
