Night Service
If nobody is in the studio to answer calls, e.g. during the night, you can acti-
vate the so-called Night Service to forward the call automatically.

• To activate the Night Service function, please select

• In the table below the

dropdown list you can enter up to six
Phone Numbers
. These telephone numbers can be selected for call for-
warding when the Night Service button is pressed. If you enter only one
telephone number, there will be no selection, of course. Under
Phone
Number Alias
you can enter an alias for each telephone number.
• By default, the button for switching on/off the Night Service is labelled
with
Night Service
.
Under
Button Label
you can enter a user-defined
name.
•
Active Night Service Message
. If you want to display a customised mes-
sage if the Night Service is active, you can enter it here. Two constants are
available for this message.
{number}
displays the selected phone number
for call forwarding and
{name}
display the Phone Number Alias of the se-
lected phone number.
