Installation of the AWE Tuning S3 Front Mounted Intercooler system is essentially the reverse of removal.
Replace the plastic screws used with the factory intercooler with the included M6x16 mounting bolts.

Step 1
Install the inlet hose on the passenger side using two of the in-
cluded t-bolt clamps.
Install the inlet hose by securing it to the intercooler inlet with an
enclosed 2.625” t-bolt clamp.
Attach the other end to the turbo outlet pipe using the enclosed
aluminum coupler and o-ring, factory spring clip and enclosed 3.0”
t-bolt clamp.
If the hose kit was purchased with the AWE turbo outlet pipe the
aluminum coupler is not used.
Position the hose so the AWE Tuning logo faces downward, as
shown in Figure 1.
