VAKA Terminals

Terminal Description

1, 2

Supply voltage, 12-35 VDC When the door controller is powered by
PoE, this output will deliver 12- or 24 VDC depending on setting in
the VAKA software. (Terminal 1 is +)

3 - 5

Unlocking relay. Switching, potential free relay (NO 3-4, NC 3-5)
Load 1 A.

Electric lock. Put a jumper between 2 & 3, connect the lock between
1 & 4 (1 & 5 for reversed functionality).

6, 7

Exit button input Shorting terminals grants access (Should be used
from inside).

8 -11

Connector for reader(s)

For cables, distances and so on, Please see the reader(s) manual.

12 - 15

Configurable inputs (2 pcs.)

16, 17

Voltage out. Same as voltage across terminal 1 and 2.

18, 19

Motor lock output. Potential free, normally open contact

20, 21

Bolt monitoring to indicate locked/ unlocked door

21, 22

Door monitoring to indicate open/ closed door.

23, 24

Warning relay. Activates if the door is not closed after the opening
time.

25, 26

Alert relay Activates if the door is not closed after the door held warn-
ing time.

27, 28

Output for pre-warning Activates during arming pre-warning

29- 44

For future use

45- 47

AUX-output, potential free normally open (NO) relay. , i.e. lock, door
opener, summary alarm, gate control... Function is set in VAKA soft-
ware.
