4. Double click the entry for your new StorPoint CD. The default name is
AXIS<nnnnnn>_NW, where <nnnnnn> are the six last digits of the StorPoint
CD serial number.
5. In bindery mode, you will be prompted to enter your user name and password,
unless you are already logged in.
6. To connect a StorPoint CD resource, select:
• SYS for root level access
• Volumes for access to all the discs
• the volume name for access to an individual disc, e.g. office
7. Select a drive letter for your StorPoint CD.
8. Check
Reconnect at Logon
if you wish to use the resource under the same drive
letter the next time you start your computer.
9. If you wish to connect using a different user name, enter the name in the
Connect As
box. Otherwise, leave the box empty.
Click
OK
. The StorPoint CD is now ready for use.
