E-mail (SMTP)
To specify the settings for your e-mail facilities:
1.
Start your Web browser and enter the name or IP address of the
StorPoint NAS in the location/address field.
2.
Click
admin
. You will be prompted for the Server password. By
default, this is set to
pass
. To change the Server password, see “

Click
Network Settings
within the Administration Web pages.
4.
Click
Detailed
View
.
The
Protocols
dialog box appears.
5.
Select the
E-mail (SMTP)
tab. Specify the settings for the mail server.
6.
Enter the Administrators e-mail address.
7.
Select the required log events from the
Mail Log Events
drop down
list. The selected log events will be sent to the e-mail address specified
above. Click
OK
.
